come in 2 formats:
Audio (Wave) and Video (Data)

Audio
CD's consist of one talk, which you can play on any stereo
system, in your car, or on a CD Walkman, just like any music CD.
Video CD's consist of one month of talks (usually 4), which
you can only play on a CD-Rom. You must have Real Player installed
on your computer to play the CD. (Real Player can be downloaded
for free at www.real.com)
